Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set amount. Check our website or promotions page for current thresholds.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. If you're located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, Fragrant Fusions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
