Refund policy
At Fragrant Fusions, we take pride in our handcrafted grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (beard oils, soaps, and candles), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
